Returns 


You may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will be issued a store credit

 

Returns are not accepted after 10 days from receipt.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

A. Refunds will be issued if the item is damaged within 5 days. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on NeverBasic Inc, we will be sure to correct it! 

 Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at customerservice@neverbasicflavors.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
